About Me

Hi, I’m Rose.

I’m a mother, partner, and creative living a steady, ordinary life—one shaped by care, responsibility, and ongoing growth. Mom & Bean exists as a space for reflection, connection, and grounded conversation: showing up thoughtfully, naming things gently, and holding space for complexity without turning it into spectacle.

This blog was born from lived experience, but experience isn’t the headline here. Here, I write about motherhood, healing, creativity, and daily life as it actually unfolds—thoughtfully, imperfectly, and without urgency. Motherhood, recovery, neurodivergence, and rebuilding have all shaped how I move through the world—but they’re context, not content. I share what’s useful, what’s steadying, and what feels true, without oversharing or asking anyone to carry my story for me.

I write for mothers and caregivers who are seeking honesty over gloss, for people healing quietly, and for creatives who want steadiness more than inspiration. This is a space that values accountability alongside compassion, growth over perfection, and boundaries as a form of care.

My worldview is rooted in rhythm—seasons, cycles, rest, and return. Spirituality shows up here in subtle ways, often through nature, intuition, and attention, never as instruction or performance. The focus is always on being present, not escaping elsewhere.

You won’t find hustle culture, trauma-for-clicks, or polished answers. You will find a calm, honest voice that respects your intelligence and autonomy. I don’t position myself as a teacher or a guide—just someone walking alongside you, sharing what I’ve learned as I continue to learn it myself.

I’m also the person behind The Wild Mama Collective (wildmama.ca), a shop offering tools, resources, and creative offerings to support mothers, caregivers, and makers. Everything in the store is chosen or created with intention, rooted in the same values that guide this blog: integrity, growth, and care.

Whether you’re here to read, create, or simply connect, both spaces are extensions of the same mission: to offer steady, honest, and nurturing support for women and families navigating life’s complexities.

If you’re here, you’re welcome.
You don’t need to perform, explain, or fix yourself to belong.

Explore both spaces:

Thanks for being here. Truly.
